====== FoAM bxl Rental packages ====== As of January 2016. ==== Space rental ==== All packages include a FoAM host, internet access and basic sanitary facilities. === Playground === A multifunctional space suitable for meetings, workshops, lectures, symposia and other events. * Capacity: Max 50 people * Available facilities: chairs, several large tables, bean-bags, ample wall-space, sink, water cooker === Meeting rooms === Two rooms for small meetings on the mezzanine and in the tower. They can also be rented as spaces for breakout groups as add-ons to the Playground. * Capacity: Max 6-7 people * Available facilities: table, chairs, wall-space, flip-chart stand, water cooker === Library === A large meeting or study room in FoAM's library, can be used as an add-on to the Playground. * Capacity: Max 10 people * Available facilities: chairs, one or more tables, bean-bags, two armchairs, long desk/workbench, flip-chart stand === Studio floor === Includes the whole ground floor of the studio, including the Playground and the Library, as well as the kitchen, an open-plan eating room and lounge. * Capacity: Max 50 people; max 25 people for a sit-down meal * Available facilities: all facilities in Playground and Library, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, cafe tables and chairs, two couches and a low lounge table. === Bedroom === One double bedroom in the loft of the tower, just above the Library with exclusive use of a shower-room and separate toilet. * Capacity: Max 2 people and 1 child * Available facilities: bed, shelves, hangers, bathroom, toilet. === Tower apartment === Includes the whole tower-loft including the Bedroom, shower room and a separate toilet, as well as a work/living room. * Capacity: Max 2 people and 2 children * Available facilities: bed, shelves, hangers, bathroom, toilet, sofa-bed, table, chairs. ==== Cleaning surcharge ==== We have a policy of “leave no trace”.
