  * lentils fried in butter and cooked with bay leaves, finely chopped carrots + celery and leek sprouts
  * beetroot (steamed) blended with caraway seeds, orange juice, balsamic vinegar + apples and walnuts
  * nettles (steamed) blended with lime juice and oil

=== Soup ===

  * black beans, carrots, celery, garlic, chili served with sour cream salad
  * courgette and aubergine lightly fried in butter, with feta, curry leaves, garlic, basil
  * fermented cucumbers with chili and  mint

=== Dessert ===

  * sour cream topped with red berries cooked til condensed with stevia sugar
  * corn, coated with salty butter, baked in the oven, served with black chocolate coating
