  * Collect a range of herbs and fruits for infusions
  * Create tantalising taste combinations using the principles of [[https://www.foodpairing.com/|flavour pairing]]
  * Find out ethnobotanical stories and myths about the plants used in your infusion
  * Design a tea drinking ceremony (including the containers, additions, serving, drinking, postures etc.) based on the ethnobotanical research, to invoke particular aspects of the stories, plants and people involved
  * Invite your guests and guide them through the ceremony.
