Install Nextcloud
details for installing nextcloud → https://neon.fo.am
step1 → download relevant version from https://nextcloud.com/install/
open the nextcloud.pkg (on mac) and follow the instructions
once installed, it shold appear in the finder
click on the app
enter the server address: https://neon.fo.am
enter you username (or email address) and pasword
connect...
syncronise...
wait...
check...
folders should now be synced to your local machine...
