Media Files=== Reflecting and anticipating === After an intense experience such as a futuring exercise, we find it good practice to take time to reflect on what happened and think about how to consolidate what has been learned in our life and work. Unsurprisingly, there are many techniques that can be used to structure reflection. In this context, we look at feedback and evaluation techniques that can assist in distilling the key insights from a participatory futuring process and finding ways to integrate the lessons.
