The Luminous Green panel was held on the 30th of July 2008 in Singapore, as a part of [[http://www.isea2008singapore.org/|ISEA2008]]. It consisted of a series of moderated conversations, hosted loosely as a [[http://www.theworldcafe.com/|world café]].
