For 3 people.


  • A few leaves of some kind of cabbage
  • Three very little jerusalem artichoke
  • Three orange carrots
  • Nine mushrooms (Paris kind)
  • One clove of (smoked) garlic


  • Soj sauce (quantity ++)
  • Balsamic vinegar (quantity ++)
  • Brown sugar (quantity +)
  • Three little branches of fresh thyme
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Salt

Shortly fry vegetables in the big pan under a wild fire. Mix well. Before they start to burn, add up water, soj sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, hot paprika powder and salt. Let everything boil down a little. Taste the brood. Adjust by adding soj sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar or hot paprika powder as needed. Taste the brood. Check vegetables consistency. When you feel that the taste and consistency are about to be OK, add up fresh thyme in the brood.
