Description
- Collect a range of herbs and fruits for infusions
- Create tantalising taste combinations using the principles of flavour pairing
- Find out ethnobotanical stories and myths about the plants used in your infusion
- Design a tea drinking ceremony (including the containers, additions, serving, drinking, postures etc.) based on the ethnobotanical research, to invoke particular aspects of the stories, plants and people involved
- Invite your guests and guide them through the ceremony.
