This ornament was created to present 5 groups of characters from p~lot workshop: Deities, Guides, Inverts, Familiars and Tricksters. It is build out of 16 different symbols, where each of them has its own meanings and relations to each other. In order to create meaningful flow in it, I used information about symbols from: http://www.symbols.com The first, structure of circle is build out of 3 elements which 2 of them creates the basic.

'Sun'-this symbol has lot of meanings , and it can mean also sunshine in a meteorological system, gold in alchemy, plant with a one year life cycle (one sun cycle) in botany, driving wheel on locomotives as a railway ideogram. It is all so one of the oldest gestalts in Western ideography. In esoteric astrology represents the creative spark of divine consciousness that exists in every individual linking him or her to the source and origin of life, and making him or her the co-creator of the world. In astrological psychology stands for the desire to live and the individual's life energy. In the body it's symbolises the heart, the blood circulation and the backbone. more information look at : http://www.symbols.com/encyclopedia/26/268.html

The 'Sun' sign is surrounded by second symbol, double circle, which means:

'Power' is another of the earliest ideograms used by humans in this cycle of civilisation. It was associated with the idea of divinity and power. Later, has been used in Buddhist art to indicate charisma, the emanation of spiritual power from a person, the halo. see more: http://www.symbols.com/encyclopedia/26/2611.html

The inside of the circle is divided in 4 parts by symbol of 'Mix' which was used in alchemy and it was also used for aurum potabile, drinkable gold, which was a rejuvenating medicine, an elixir of life. http://www.symbols.com/encyclopedia/17/1716.html

The fifth part in the circle was separated by editing symbol of 'Quinta essentia' which became one of the sings for Plot Characters Deities

The 'Fifth Element' beside fire, water, earth, and air the element that is necessary to explain the diversity and multiplicity of life, the finest or best of any substance. The quintessence is an element that permeates all nature and is the constituent matter of the celestial bodies. The scholastics of the Middle Ages believed it to be the ether, the substance above the sphere of fire, and of which the human soul was made. In medieval alchemy the quintessence was the best part of a chemical substance that could be extracted with chemical methods. The alchemists therefore also used it for alcohol, the best or finest part of wine. For the more esoteric alchemists the quintessence and lapis philosophorum, the Stone of the Wise, were closely associated, and sometimes synonymous entities. Some say that the idea of a fifth element came from the Pythagoreans: http://www.symbols.com/encyclopedia/54/543.html

In the Deities part of the circle (first section on the left from the top, all so, for the directions of how to read the symbols, please, follow the smaller drawing with the separated symbols on the sides) you can fined symbol of 'Cross of infinity' which appears inside of 'Fifth Element' and connects symbols of Tricksters, as well as Guides and flows in to sign of 'Mix', from where automatically reaches other groups of characters.

The 'Cross of infinity' is, quite logically, considered to be a symbol for eternity. And all so from(graphic) family of 'St. Hans' cross' or the Cross of St John. In Scandinavia it is a magic ideogram from the Viking era, or even older. It seems also to have been used in Cabbalistic mysticism. Today, it is used as a cartographic and traffic sign to denote ancient remains or an ancient monument. more about it: http://www.symbols.com/encyclopedia/27/2717.html

The third symbol of Deities group is 'Titans'

This is one of the world's oldest ideograms. It has been found on the walls of the Trois frères cave in France. It was probably drawn some 10,000 years ago. In the Nordic runic alphabet is a sign for a sound that is no longer used. The name of this rune is associated with giants as well as titans. On the Middle Ages clog almanacs it meant Wednesday; that is, the day of Woden or Odin, (for information about Nordic Gods look here: http://www.gwydir.demon.co.uk/jo/nordic/odin.htm ) the greatest of the Viking gods. The sign is associated with the words turs, and As (the Aesir gods especially Tor, the chief enemy of the giants). Later it was associated with cataract, i.e. an expression of power. http://www.symbols.com/encyclopedia/40/401.html

The symbol of 'Titans' grows in to second group, Plot Characters Guides, in to the sign of: 'Jupiter' which all so means in psychological astrology - ability to understand and adapt to the established social structure and the desire to expand in knowledge. Jupiter moves in the sixth Bodean orbit from the sun, has an orbital time of 12 years, and is the largest planet in the solar system. Jupiter is different from the other planets (except for Saturn) in that it radiates more energy (of radio-wave frequencies) than it receives from the sun. The Jupiter system with its 4 big moons and 12 smaller (with a diameter less than 100 km) is in way a solar system within the solar system. In the family of gods in Greek mythology represents Zeus. Zeus-Jupiter is the ruler and protector of the home and the family life. On a higher level he is the protector and ruler of the state and the established society see more on: http://www.symbols.com/encyclopedia/17/171.html

The Guides symbol continues down in to the section of Plot Characters Inverts, where it meets symbols of 'Chaos / Confusion' and 'Disordered state of mind'

First one, which is still connected to 'Jupiter' is build out of: The 'Sun' sign, , with the sign for the planet 'Earth', placed over it. This combination is an ideogram for chaos and confusion. It appears in a chemistry textbook written in the year 1728. Semiotically we see matter, dominating the spirit, by being placed above it, meaning that materialistic considerations are allowed to take precedence, resulting in chaos. But, if to turned it the other way around, it means perfection, 'Quinta essentia' and brings as back to Deities, http://www.symbols.com/encyclopedia/41a/41a30.html

'Disordered state of mind'. Two variations of a sign said to mean disordered intellect or confused mental state. It is part of a system of unknown origin. http://www.symbols.com/encyclopedia/39/3931.html

The symbol of 'Disordered intellect' enters the Plot Characters Familiars group, which represents creativity, assisting and help and its build from 3 symbols:

'Aurochs' - which according to the Old Norse Eddan this rune was used as a help against soot, sorrow, and disputes. http://www.symbols.com/encyclopedia/18/188.html

'To be taken' or 'May this be good for you' (second symbol in Familiars group ) - which was used by pharmacists of former times, to draw it on prescriptions, where it meant Take in God's name. Also in astrological symbolism it is sign for retrograde movement. Many astrologists claim that a retrograde planet in an individual's birth chart symbolises tendencies or energies inherited from previous incarnations, i.e. karma from earlier lives. http://www.symbols.com/encyclopedia/53/5348.html for more information about the meaning of this sing look at the invocation cross in Group 45,

'Lion' is the third sing in the group of Familiars and brings the meaning of confidence, warmth, love, protection and creativity. 'Leo' also belongs to the fiery triplicity, or the astrological element of fire, together with the signs of Sagittarius and Aries. Anatomically Leo rules the heart and the spine. In alchemy it was used to denote the process of digestion, i.e. the absorption of a substance, or its assimilation in another substance. http://www.symbols.com/encyclopedia/50/504.html

As the 'Leo' (as well as the prolongation of 'To be taken' ) graphically moves in to group of Plot Characters Tricksters, it meets two symbols at a time:

'Deleatur' and 'Evil'

The first sing 'Deleatur' from Latin delere for delete. The sign is used by printers and proofreaders. It means to be deleted, continues and comes back to the first group in the circle - Deities. http://www.symbols.com/encyclopedia/49/493.html

The 'Evil' or The people living here are malevolent and evil, is the meaning of this ideogram from the French hobo or gypsy system. Both in the American, British and Swedish hobo sign systems there are almost identical sign structures used. They all mean evil and angry men or dogs. http://www.symbols.com/encyclopedia/24/2440.html

The last symbol of Tricksters, and the last in the all circle, is 'Pluto', which can be found as a P + L grown in to numerous of different graphical combinations, absorbing other two symbols of Tricksters. In astrological symbolism 'Pluto' represents death and rebirth, total transformation, atomic energy, ruthlessness, dictatorships, large organisations and competition. Planet 'Pluto' was discovered in 1930 and named after the Roman god Pluto, guardian of the underworld and the god of the kingdom of death. According Mundane astrology, 'Pluto', however, supposed to rule over persons who work underground, for instance in mines or subways, but also those who, figuratively speaking, work underground, such as mafiosi, terrorists, etc.'P.', is associated with espionage, detective work, and healing. Finally it should be mentioned that most astrologers agree that 'P.' is associated with the workings of the deepest, subconscious psychological processes
