• pcmcia support compiled into kernel
• download wlan drivers linux-wlan-ng (used 0.1.13)
• download pcmcia-cs src package (used version 3.1.33)
• 'make config', 'make all' and 'make install' in pcmcia-cs directory
• 'make config', 'make all' and 'make install' in linux-wlan-ng
• unresolved symbols in prism2_cs

then

• recompile kernel w/out pcmcia support
• compile pcmcia-cs modules
• restart
• compile wlan-ng modules
• still,.. unresolved symbol errors.

then

• send mail to debianppc + linux-wlan lists
